Shipping & tracking

All receipt of order purchases will be handled and dispatched directly by Champstar Marketing Pte Ltd. The company will deliver the products according to customer’s shipping instruction.  

Order and payment confirmation by Paypal are viewed as the official notification and the company will revert back order status and tracking details (registered posting only) directly via Paypal portal.  

Note on International & Regional delivery:

- Delivery is by registered air mailing

- In some countries, the national post office will reassign a local tracking number on the parcel upon arrival of which you will find no further movement or progress on our tracking number notified earlier to you.

- Should you not received your parcel 10days from the expected date of arrival, you may want to call your national post office with our tracking number to find out.

- If you believe your parcel is lost and did not reach you, please kindly email us at sales1@champstar.com.sg with your order confirmation number.  We will check out and revert back to you soonest possible.

Once order delivered and confirmed, cancellation is not allowed. Goods sold (in its original packaging) are exchangeable within 30 days from the date of purchase. Liquid and gels products is not exchangeable. Please read on our Terms and Conditions on Exchange Policy.
