EXCHANGE POLICY

30days Exchange policy

All products are checked thoroughly on quality before delivery. Whilst every effort is to ensure that the product is in its good quality and delivered to you in a perfect condition (like bubble wrap packed for international & regional delivery), the quality of the product/packaging may be oversighted or seriously damaged in the delivery process.

Terms of Exchange
- Condition of damaged, defective or incorrect product
- Strictly within 30days from the day of receipt of goods
- Photo of product with original packaging, delivery package & Proof of Purchase. File format .jpg, .bmp, .png, .pdf.
- Good purchased, and not applicable to sales item with limited condition, free gift products and samples

 

Local Sales in exchange
We do offer exchange only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. You are required to notify us by email or phone call. You are required to take and upload a picture of the item with delivery packing & proof of purchase to us for verification via email. Upon receiving your information, we will notify you accordingly. Given an approval of exchange, we will arrange to re-send the product by mail without extra delivery charge to you. If you are requested to return the damaged, defective, or incorrect product to us, the return shipping fee will also be refunded back to you. All return shipping fee must be prepaid.  We are not able to accept Cash-On-Delivery returns.

International and Regional Sales in exchange
We do offer exchange only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. When Product in exchange is out-of-stock
Only in case the product is sold out, you can either choose to wait for a reasonable number of days for the new stock arrival, exchange items of the same values or request a refund the value of product in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

Non-exchangeable items 
We regret to inform that we DO NOT ACCEPT exchange of certain products, including:
1. Any product that is returned for exchange of more than 30 days after receipt.
2. Any product that has been opened and used (taken out of its original wrap/base/box and/or used).
3. Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts.

In the event of dispute, Champstar Marketing Pte Ltd‘s decision shall be final and conclusive.


The basis for the Exchange Policy shall be determined by the Company at its sole discretion and may be changed from time to time without prior notice.
